First, we’ll try to fix or resolve the issue with you over the phone by talking you through a few quick checks and troubleshooting steps, no matter what device or gadget.

If it can’t be resolved remotely, one of our friendly team will be able to give you advice immediately and be able to give you an estimate of cost as well as a turn around time for task at hand.

If we haven't been able to guide you over the phone to reach a complete fix or full resolution of your issue, and once you're happy that we know that we can do the job at a great price, we will then arrange a courier to your doorstep for home collection.

You also have the option to send it yourself at your own convenience. Return delivery is Free.

We receive your device / gadget / console / computer for repair. Most are done within 3-5 working days. We will address only the requirement as agreed and there won;t be any surprise charges. We test your item thoroughly before we return it back to you with a 6 month warranty included.

We carefully package and return your repair via Royal Mail and in most cases your repair will be with you the next day. We can send to any UK address you prefer, all securely tracked and insured. You become a happy customer and recommend us to one of your friends!
